摘要
采用多种加热技术,设计了一套处理能力为50kg/h的新型生物质微粉霾化快速热解装置。为满足装置工艺要求,设计了多功能热解反应器、带有预热功能的螺旋进料器和自控系统。对装置进行了试验测试,结果表明:该装置能够对系统温度和流量进行精确控制,实现生物质微粉在反应器中霾化热解的功能。
Through adopting a variety of heating technologies,a fast pyrolysis device with a capacity of 50 kg/h for biomass micro-powder was designed to satisfy the equipment process,including the multi-functional pyrolysis reactor,helical feeder with preheating function,auto-monitoring and control system. Testing the device shows that,this device can control system temperature and flowrate accurately to realize hazing pyrolysis of biomass micro-powder in the reactor.
