介绍了一种可随管束伸缩而移动的内填料函密封结构,研究了该填料函结构的密封机理,并对相应的组件进行强度校核;核算换热管和壳程圆筒的热膨胀量,确保设备安全可靠运行。
An internal stuffing box sealing structure which can move with tube bundle expansion was introduced and its sealing mechanism was investigated,including the strength check of corresponding components concerned. Calculating thermal expansion amount of the tube and shell can ensure both safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
