“华龙一号”上充泵流量曲线及部分控制逻辑优化 被引量:1

摘要 根据"华龙一号"设计中上充泵不再兼做高压安注泵的特点,对上充泵的流量特性曲线进行优化,去掉上充泵的大流量工况点。采用Flowmaster软件,对上充及轴封注入回路进行建模计算,分析优化前后的影响,并对上充泵部分控制逻辑进行优化。结果表明:流量曲线优化后的上充泵在额定功率降低了约100kW,效率提高了约5%;重新设计的上充泵对上充及轴封注入回路流量平衡影响较小,无需重新设计流量调节阀;备用泵部分工况下启动方式由手动启动改为自动启动,大大降低了操作员的负担。 According to the characteristics that charging pump no longer acts as the high pressure safety injection pump,the large flowrate operation points were removed from the pump characteristic curve to optimize.A calculation model was performed by Flowmaster to analyzes the optimization effects.Besides,an optimization of the charging pump control logic was performed.The results show that the charging pump rated power is reduced by 100 kW after optimization,and the pump efficiency has been increased by 5%;The redesigned charging pump has little influence on the flow balance of the charging loop and the seal injection loop.There is no need to redesign the regulating valves;the switch mode of the standby pump is changed from manual to automatic under some operating conditions,which greatly reduces the burden on the operator.
