摘要
核电站设计建造伊始就考虑了防低洼厂房水淹问题,虽然各核电站的相关技术方案可能有所不同,但是在低洼厂房水淹问题上却可以找到很多可以值得借鉴和反馈的地方,通过类似的经验反馈,可以增强我们对低洼厂房水淹事件后果严重性的认识,分析出各事件背后的原因,学习各电站所做出的改进措施及良好实践,再结合自身电站所处的阶段和技术特点做出相应的防范措施和预案,以提高核电站运行的质量和安全性。
At the beginning of the design and construction of nuclear power plants,the anti-flooding caused by low-lying plant is considered.Although the technology scheme of each nuclear power plant may be different,but we can find many things worth learning and feedback in the of low-lying plant.Through similar experience feedback,we can enhance the recognition of serious consequences on low-lying flooding events,the reasons behind the incident can be dug out,improvement measures and good practice of various power plants can be learnt from.corresponding preventive measures are taken and pre-plans are made,combined with our own characteristics and phases of nuclear power plant,so as to improve the quality and safety of nuclear power plant operation.
