大直径超长钢管桩侧摩阻力测试技术研究

摘要 高质量侧摩阻力实测结果的匮乏成为研究海上打入桩荷载传递机理和承载特性的瓶颈。通过研究提出了一种打入钢管桩侧摩阻力测试方法,形成一套相对成熟的能应用于海上复杂环境的打入钢管桩传感器安装保护工艺,并将本方法成功应用于大直径超长钢管桩沉桩全过程的桩身应力动态测试。较高的传感器存活率和数据可靠性证明了该安装保护工艺的可行性。 The lack of high quality measured result of lateral friction resistance becomes the bottleneck of studying load transfer mechanism and bearing characteristics of offshore driven piles.The related research produces a testing method for the lateral friction resistance of driven steel tubular piles,and an effective installation protective technology for the sensors of steel tubular piles applying to complex offshore circumstance.The testing method has been successfully applied in the dynamic stress test of extra-long steel tubular pile with large diameter during the pile-sinking process.The above technology is feasible based on high survival rate of sensors and reliable data.
