摘要
船闸底板采用分缝施工时,封缝前后结构体系发生变化,为研究此时底板内力计算方法,以某船闸闸室为例,采取不同计算方案,使用分层地基模型链杆法计算其施工期、完建期和检修期闸室底板弯矩和地基反力,并与数值模拟结果对比。结果表明采用增量法计算闸室底板内力正确;基岩上船闸中底板自重应在施工期计算,其后不需考虑;设计时还需考虑施工宽缝位置的影响,施工宽缝离船闸中轴线越远则底板负弯矩越大,可将宽缝设置在船闸中轴线处。
The structural system of ship lock bottom plate changes before and after the construction joints are sealed.Based on a ship lock chamber,different options are used to research the internal force calculation of ship lock bottom.The rigid-bar method based on layered foundation model is used to calculate the foundation counterforce and bending moment of lock chamber bottom plate during the construction period,completion period and maintenance period.The calculation results are compared with numerical simulation results to verify the effective application of incremental method in the internal force calculation of lock chamber bottom plate.The deadweight of middle bottom plate of lock chamber supported on bedrock shall be calculated in construction period.The location of wide construction joint shall be considered in the design,farther the wide construction joint from the lock centerline,larger the bending moment of lock chamber bottom plate.Thus the wide construction joint can be arranged at the central axis of ship lock.
