摘要 通过火焰喷吹施胶法制备出了高性能超细玻璃纤维棉毡,重点研究了制备工艺参数对制备出超细玻璃纤维棉毡性能的影响,优化出了最佳的制备工艺参数.研究结果表明:最佳的窑压为(24±2)Pa,窑温为(490±5)℃及漏板电流为(787±5)mA;酚醛树脂胶料和抗水剂最佳加入量分别为7%和0.4%.在最佳制备工艺条件下,制备出的样品在长度和宽度方向的抗拉强度要比国外相同产品优异. The microfiber glass mat was prepared by the flame method with spraying binder at the same time.The preparation condition of microfiber glass mat was mainly investigated and optimized.It was found that the optimal furnace pressure and temperature 24±2 Pa and 490±5 ℃and the bushing currency was 787±5 mA.The optimal adding content of phenolic resin adhesive and water resistant agent was 7%and 0.4%,respectively.Through utilizing optimal conditionsthe prepared microfiber glass mat obtained more excellent mechanical properties than the abroad products.
