摘要
以云南某稀土-铌伴生铁矿选矿获得的铁粗精矿为原料,采用直接还原-磁选工艺进行铁与稀有金属分离和富集研究.试验结果表明:在还原温度1180℃、还原时间150min、添加剂碳酸钙和硫酸钠用量分别为10%和15%、磨矿细度为-0.074mm占85.4%及磁场强度800Oe的最佳条件下,当铁粗精矿中w(TFe)为38.25%,w(REO)为1.43%,w(Nb2O5)为1.62%时,获得磁性物的铁品位为90.48%,铁回收率为90.08%;稀土和铌均富集在非磁性物中,其含量分别为2.59%和2.61%;两者的回收率分别为91.9%和81.75%.
The rough iron concentrate obtained from a rare earth-niobium associated iron ore deposits in Yunnan is used as the material Separation and enrichment of iron and rare metal are studied by direct reduction-magnetic separation process.The test results showed that the best conditions were as follows:the reduction temperature was1180 ℃,the reduction time was 150 min,the dosage of calcium carbonate and sodium sulfate were 10% and 15% respectively,the content of the concentrate size which was less than 0.074 mm was 85.4%,and the magnetic field strength was800 Oe.Under the above conditions,when the TFe,w(REO)and w(Nb2 O5)of rough iron concentrate were 38.25%,1.43% and 1.62%,the magnetic materials with 90.48% TFe could be obtained,and the iron recovery was 90.08%.Rare earth and niobium were enriched in the non-magnetic materials,and their contentswere 2.59% and 2.61%respectively,and the recoveries were 91.9% and 81.75%respectively.
