针刺面部阳明经穴治疗粉刺经验

Clinical Experience in Treatment of Acne with Acupuncture on Yangming Meridian

粉刺是一种青春期常见的毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症。粉刺多发于人体阳盛之部位,其面部皮损亦多发于阳明经所过之处。笔者临床中使用针刺面部阳明经穴结合体针辨证施治得到良好疗效,故对针刺面部阳明经穴治疗粉刺进行理论探讨,为今后治疗粉刺提供新的思路。

Acne is a chronic inflammation of sebaceous glands commonly seen in puberty. Acne often occurs in the parts yang excess of the body,and its skin lesions often occur in yangming meridian. The author clinically applies the acupuncture on facial yangming acupoints and body-acupuncture on facial acne＇s treatment,and the therapy is effective. This paper discusses and analyzes exploratorily the theories regarding yangming meridians acupuncture on facial acne＇s treatment,so as to provide a new path in the treatment of facial acne in future.
