复方叶下珠治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化瘀血阻络证33例

33 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with Hepatic Fibrosis Blood Stasis Syndrome Treatment with Compound Phyllanthus Urinaria L.

目的:观察中药复方叶下珠颗粒剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化瘀血阻络证的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化中医辨证为瘀血阻络证的66例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组予西医基础对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服复方叶下珠颗粒剂。两组均治疗24周。结果:两组治疗后比较,观察组ALT、AST、TB、HBV-DNA、Fibroscan硬度值,胁肋刺痛、舌质紫暗或瘀斑、腹胀评分均较对照组显著降低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方叶下珠能有效改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化瘀血阻络证的临床症状、肝功能及肝纤维化。

Objective： To observe the effect of compound phyllanthusurinaria L. in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis blood stasis syndrome. Methods： 66 patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment. The observation group was treated with compound Phyllanthus Urinaria L. Additionally. two groups were treated for 24 weeks. Compare the curative effect of two groups. Results： After treatment,the hardness of ALT,AST,TB,HBV-DNA and Fibroscan LSM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the symptoms of observation group the rib pain,dark purple tongue or ecchymosed,abdominal distension score were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion： The clinical symptoms,hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis of Compound Phyllanthus Urinaria L. are better than that of the control group in treating hepatitis B liver fibrosis blood stasis syndrome patients.
