中药熏洗治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的临床研究

Clinical Study on Herbal Fumigation for Uremic Pruritus

目的:研究探讨中药汤剂熏蒸治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法:将我院60例尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒患者分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组在基础治疗上给予加做血液灌流,观察组给予中药熏洗,2个治疗周期后统计治疗效果。结果:两组患者24h内皮肤瘙痒发作频率及持续时间较前均有减少,皮疹面积缩小,形态向愈,治疗结果经卡方检验疗效具有显著性差异。结论:中药熏洗能明显缓解尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒症状,且中医外治疗法药物不入口,减少无尿患者摄水量,患者易于接受。

Objective： To study the effect of the treatment of uremic skin pruritus with Chinese herbal decoction fumigation. Methods：Sixty cases of uremic pruritus in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given hemoperfusion for the basic treatment,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. After 2 treatment cycles,the treatment effect was statistically analyzed. Results： The frequency and duration of itching in the two groups were reduced in 24 hours,the area of rash was area narrowed and the shape of rash was well-healed,the results were significantly different by the chi square test. Conclusion： Chinese herbal fumigation can significantly relieve the itching symptoms of uremic patients,and the external treatment of Chinese medicine is not a drink,reducing the amount of water taken by patients without urine,and patients are easy to accept.
