某院抗菌药物运行病历的点评与分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Antibiotic Medical Records in a Hospital

目的:了解某院抗菌药物临床使用情况,分析评价其用药合理性。方法:收集分析该院2012—2016年点评的住院患者病历,对不合理使用抗菌药物病历进行归纳总结。结果:共分析住院患者病历1030份,其中抗菌药物病历430份,抗菌药物使用率为41.75%。不合理使用抗菌药物病历81份,不合理用药主要表现在无指征使用抗菌药物、抗菌药物用法用量不正确、预防使用抗菌药物不合理。结论:该院抗菌药物使用率符合要求,但抗菌药物临床应用还存在着不合理现象,仍需强化意识与加强管理,有效保障患者的用药安全。

Objective： To explore the clinical utilization of antibiotics in a hospital,in order to analyze and evaluate rationality of drug use. Methods： The medical records evaluated from 2012 to 2016 were arrangemented,and the medical records for irrational use of antibiotics were reviewed and summarized. Results： A total of 1030 inpatients medical records were evaluated,among which there were 430 antibiotic medical records,the utilization rate of antibiotics were 41. 75%. 81 antibiotic medical records were irrational. Irrational antibiotic records mainly reflected in non-indicative use of antibiotics,inappropriate usage or dosage,irrational prophylactic use of antibiotics. Conclusion： The utilization rate of antibiotics could meet the requirements,but the use of antibiotics should be standardlized,further awareness and management should be strengthened to ensure the inpatiens＇ medical safety.
