中年人2型糖尿病患者药学服务探索

Pharmacological Services of Middle-aged Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:研究临床药师对于中年人糖尿病患者药物治疗效果及用药依从性的作用。方法:选取2017年4月―2017年7月我院糖尿病住院患者56例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各28例,对照组进行临床常规治疗,干预组在对照组治疗基础之上,住院期间进行床边用药教育、出院带药教育,并给予出院用药教育表,告知患者出院后用药注意事项,用药期间需要复查项目等内容,进行电话随访,对比三个月后两组间患者依从性、血糖、血脂变化情况。结果:干预前两组患者用药依从性、血糖、血脂等对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月后两组患者用药依从性、血糖、血脂均有所改善,干预组效果显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师对于中年人糖尿病患者治疗具有显著意义。

Objective ： To study the effect of clinical pharmacists on drug treatment and compliance in middle-aged diabetic patients.Methods： Fifty-six patients were selected from hospitalized patients with diabetes from April 2017 to July 2017 in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and intervention group,28 patients in each group,the control group was performed routine clinical treatment,the intervention group received the same treatment as the control group. In addition,patients in intervention group during hospitalization was performed bedside medication education,discharged with drug education,and given discharge medication education form,Informing patients of items to be reviewed during treatment,and telephone follow-up of patients with medication related situations. Comparing medication adherence,blood glucose and blood lipid between the two groups after 3 months. Results： There was no significant difference in drug compliance,blood glucose,blood lipid and other comparisons between the two groups before intervention（ P〈0.05）. After 3 months of treatment,medication adherence,blood sugar and blood lipid in both groups were improved,Intervention group effect was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical significance between the two groups of patients（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists play a significant role in the treatment of middle-aged diabetic patients.
