This article introduces the sound result of digital smile design（ D-Smile） of a real case of ceramic crown restoration of front tooth. D-Smile from cloud design of the all-ceramic systems can let the patients to feel the restoration in the mouth real. By increasing the convenience of dentist and patient communication and the success rate of the treatment,the results of efficient and perfect restoration of anterior teeth aesthetics are achieved.
