摘要
目的:进一步提高成人正常面神经管的显示水平及认识其影像特征。方法:搜集11例22耳成人颞骨CT薄层扫描图片资料,经CT后处理工作站放大重建,行标准化的多平面重建,观察面神经管的影像解剖特征及探讨标准化后处理方法。结果:标准化CT斜轴位图(平行内听道)22耳(100%)均可同时清晰显示面神经管迷路段及鼓室段,标准化斜矢状位图(平行面神经管鼓室段)18/22(81.81%)耳可清晰显示面神经管后膝部及乳突段。结论:螺旋CT高分辨扫描标准化斜轴位及斜矢状位重建可清晰显示颞骨内面神经管的走行。
Objectives: To further improve the computerized tomography(CT) display rates of normal facial canal in adults and recognize its imaging features. Methods: The CT scans of 11 adult patients with 22 temporal bones were collected,and were reconstructed by a CT post-processing workstation to perform a standardized multi-planar reconstruction.The anatomical features of the facial canal were observed and standardized postprocessing methods were explored. Results: CT standard oblique axial images(22 images) all(100%) clearly displayed the labyrinthine and the tympanic segments of facial canal and 18 of the 22 standard oblique sagittal views(81. 81%) displayed the posterior and mastoidal segments of facial canal. Conclusion: Standardized oblique axial and sagittal view of high resolution spiral CT can clearly display the structures of facial nerve canal of the temporal bone.
