数字化气钡双重造影在溃疡性结肠炎诊断中的应用

The Application of Digital Double Contrast Imaging in The Diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨数字化气钡双重造影在溃疡性结肠炎诊断中的应用。方法:回顾性分析26例经肠镜或手术证实的溃疡性结肠炎X线诊断。结果:溃疡性结肠炎趋向于持续沿黏膜表面侵润和趋向于在直肠开始。早期结肠袋变浅,黏膜不均匀、紊乱;进展期可见锯齿状、纽扣征和"T"字征;晚期肠管变窄,呈腊肠样改变。结论:数字化气钡双重造影能够清晰显示结肠黏膜的细微结构和表浅溃疡,诊断率高,对溃疡性结肠炎的检出和早期诊断都有着重要意义,是溃疡性结肠炎的主要诊查方法。

Objective： To explore the application of digital barium double contrast imaging in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. Methods： Retrospective analyses of 26 cases with ulcerative colitis diagnosed by colonoscopy or surgery. Results： Inflammation with ulcerative colitis tend to be continuous along the mucosal surface and tend to begin in the rectum. Early stage： Colostomy bags lighter,uneven mucous membrane disordered. Advanced stage： Serrated lesions of colon. visible sign. buttons and T-sign. Late stage： Pathological changes of colonic lumen is narrowed sansage-like change.Conclusion： The data shows that the digital double contrast radiography is the main inspecting method of ulcerative colitis with the important significant.
