摘要
目的:探讨运用质量目标管理,观察在预防和降低院内压力性损伤发生效果。方法:通过成立压力性损伤专项质量管理小组,以质量目标管理的方法,明确项目组成员职责和分工,运用PDCA循环开展工作,督导与追踪压力性损伤质量管理。结果:项目管理实施前,院内压力性损伤发生率为0.76‰;项目管理实施后,院内压力性损伤发生率为0.18‰,项目管理实施前后院内压力性损伤发生率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,院内压力性损伤发生率明显降低。结论:项目管理能显著降低院内压力性损伤发生率,提高护理质量,是改善压力性损伤质量管理的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of preventing and reducing pressure sores through the quality target management. Methods: A team was established in preventing pressure sores,then supervised and followed up the project with PDCA Circle. Results: The incidence of pressure sores was 0. 76‰ before implementing target management. After that,the incidence of pressure sores was 0. 18‰. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). The incidence of pressure sores was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Implementing the quality target management could reduce the incidence of pressure sores. There is a valid means to improve nursing quality and management of pressure sores.
