泌尿外科经阴道自然腔道内镜手术研究进展

The Research Progress of Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery In Urology

经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)是一种创伤小、恢复快、美容效果佳的新型内镜手术。经阴道NOTES(transvaginal NOTES,TV-NOTES)具有手术径路相对安全、适宜标本取出、感染几率低、闭合方法可靠以及适合刚性器械操作等优势,因而应用较为广泛。目前,TV-NOTES已成功地应用于肾切除术、肾部分切除术、重复肾切除术、上尿路全切除术、肾上腺肿瘤切除术、肾囊肿去顶术等。本文就TV-NOTES在泌尿外科的临床应用研究进展作一综述。

Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery（NOTES） is a new type of endoscopic surgery with minimal trauma,rapid recovery,and good cosmetic results. Transvaginal NOTES（TV-NOTES） is widely used due to its advantages such as relatively safe surgical path,proper sample removal,low probability of infection,reliable closure method,and suitability for rigid instruments. At present,TV-NOTES has been successfully applied to nephrectomy,partial nephrectomy,heminephroureterctomy for duplex kidney,nephroureterectomy,adrenalectomy and renal cyst excision. In this paper,the progress of clinical application of TV-NOTES in urology is are reviewed.
