摘要
间位取代反应是有机化学中一类重要的基础化学反应。教材经典的间位取代反应通过间位定位基团的作用,使得第二个取代基位置选择性地连接在定位基团的间位,该反应主要经历了一个亲电取代的过程。现代有机合成中的间位取代反应主要包括位阻电性控制、模板定位、降冰片烯媒介和钌催化遥远σ活化等方法,机理上主要涉及到自由基、过渡金属催化的C-H键活化等。通过对间位取代的教材经典理论和最新进展的比较,不仅可以让学生加深对课本知识的理解,而且有助于其了解有机化学最新前沿,拓展学生的知识面,激发他们对有机化学学习的兴趣和热情。
Meta substitution reactions are an important class of fundamental chemical reactions in organic chemistry. Classic meta substitution reactions on the textbook make the second substituent add to the meta position of the meta substituent with site selectivity via the assistance of the meta di-recting group. which mainly undergoes an electrophilic substitution process. Meta substitution reac-tions in modern organic synthesis chiefly include steric or electronic control, template directing, nor- bonene mediating, and Ru catalyzed remote a activated methods, primarily involving free radical or transition metal catalyzed C - H bond activat ions, etc. By comparison of meta substitution reactions between classic theories on the textbook and the latest progresses, it not only makes the students deepen their understanding of textbook knowledge, but also contributes to their seeing the organic chemistry frontier, expanding their knowledge,and inspiring their interest and enthusiasm for the study of organic chemistry.
