摘要 在分析火电厂输煤程控系统工艺流程和控制需求的基础上,针对输煤系统的特点给出了以S7-300 PLC为系统主站、S7-200 PLC为远程从站,并利用MCGS组态软件在上位机进行实时监测的控制方案。主要由卸煤、堆煤、上煤和配煤部分组成的输煤控制系统,利用上位机组态软件和下位机PLC实现了对整个输煤程控系统运行状况的监控。 Based on analyzing both process and requirements of the programmed control system tor coal conve- ying in the thermal power plant,the scheme of having S7-300 PLC adopted as the system master, S7-200 PLC taken as the system' s remote slave station and the MCGS configuration software employed tor the host computer to implement real-time monitoring was proposed. The programmed control system tor the coal conveying which composed of the coal-unloading, coal-ieeding and coal-blending components can monitor the operation of coal conveying system through making use of PC configuration software and lower machine PLC.
