摘要
采用信息化手段,建立了炼化企业管道静密封数据库,并将标准扭力标准计算方法嵌入其中。将工艺条件、密封条件、静密封点的位置、工况、密封结构和密封元件以及相关静密封失效因素的相关信息记录在数据库中,以便技术人员对静密封失效情况调查分析,制定出预防措施,实现精细化管理。
Through employing intormation technology means,a refining enterprise' s pipeline static seal database was established and the standard torque' s calculation method was embedded in it. Having the process conditions, sealing conditions and static seal points' location, including its working condition and sealing structure and sealing components as well as the static seal failure factors related recorded in the database can benefit technical staves to analyze static seal' s failure situation and to develop preventive measures and to implement of fine management as well.
