石墨烯-聚氨酯复合材料的研究进展 被引量:9

Research Progress of Graphene-Polyurethane Composites

摘要 简单介绍了石墨烯的改性方法、石墨烯-聚氨酯材料的制备方法,并举例介绍了石墨烯对聚氨酯弹性体、涂料、泡沫塑料等材料的改性研究,指出石墨烯改善了聚氨酯材料的某些性能,如力学性能、导热性能、耐热性能、阻隔性能及防腐性能等,该复合材料进入实际应用还有待于降低成本并进一步研究。 The modification methods of graphene and the preparation methods of graphene-polyurethane materials were brief introduced. The modification of polyurethane elastomers,coatings,foams by graphene was introduced with cited examples. It was pointed out that graphene improved some performance of polyurethane materials,such as mechanical properties and thermal conductivity,heat resistance,barrier properties,anti-corrosion properties,etc. It needs to reduce the cost and further study before it was put into practical application.
