摘要
合成了一系列改性蒙脱土/MDI-聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体复合材料,采用接触角和原子力显微镜方法研究聚氨酯复合材料表面性能。两种实验方法显示改性蒙脱土对聚氨酯表面的影响一致,随着该填料含量增加,聚氨酯表面张力下降,显示改性蒙脱土有利于聚氨酯软段向表面迁移,也使聚氨酯的硬段聚集区的尺寸下降,导致表面亲水性降低。改性蒙脱土对聚氨酯材料也具有物理增强作用,其质量分数3%时,增强效果最大。
A series of polyurethane composites were prepared. The surface properties of polyurethane composites were investigated by contact angle and atomic force microscope( AFM) technologies. The two methods gave similar research results. It was founded that the modified montmorillonite could reduce the surface tension,which partly depended on the soft segment mobility. The modified montmorillonite also reduced the average size of the hard segment domains,the hydrophilicity of the surface was decreased. The modified montmorillonite had a physical reinforcing effect on polyurethare materials. The effect was the greatest when montmorillonite content was 3%.
