摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为原料合成了含双键的聚氨酯乳液,再与有机硅偶联剂KH570、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)进行自由基聚合,制备了有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液。讨论了KH570用量对PUA胶膜耐水性、耐热性和力学性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、热重分析、粒度分析等测试对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,当固体分中KH570质量分数小于7.65%,乳液稳定性良好;随着KH570添加量增大,乳液粒径逐渐增大,胶膜吸水率下降,水接触角增大,耐水性、热稳定性和力学性能得到较大提高。
Waterborne polyurethane( WPU) containing the unsaturated double bond were synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), polyoxypropylene glycol( PPG), dimethylol propionic acid( DMPA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate( HEA) as main materials. Then,the organic silicone modified polyurethane-acrylate( PUA)composite emulsions were obtained via the free radical polymerization,with the WPU as the seed emulsion and withγ-methacryoxy propytrimethoxysilane( KH570),methyl methacrylate( MMA) and butyl acrylate( BA) as the main monomers. The composite emulsions as well as their films were characterized by means of FT-IR,TG and particle size analyzer. The influences of KH570 dosages on the water resistance,thermal stability and mechanical properties of PUA membranes were discussed. The results showed that the PUA emulsion had good stability when the mass fraction of KH570 in the film was less than 7. 65%. The emulsion particle size increased,the film of water contact angle increased,the water absorption ratio decreased,water-resistance,thermal stability and mechanical properties were greatly improved as the dosage of KH570 increased.
