摘要
通过改变二元溶剂体系的组成(良溶剂/不良溶剂)与配比制备了聚氨酯干法膜,并对其力学性能、回弹性能以及微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明,二甲亚砜/甲苯(DMSO/TOL)溶剂体系制备的聚氨酯膜力学性能较好,当DMSO/TOL质量比为60/40时,复合膜的结构最为致密,且复合膜的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度达到48.0 MPa,断裂伸长率达到1 029%。
Polyurethane( PU) films were prepared via a solvent evaporation method by changing the composition of binary solvent system( good solvent/poor solvent). The effects of binary solvents on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and resilience performance of PU films were investigated. The results showed that the compact PU film prepared using 40% toluene in DMSO-toluene binary solvents had the best stress of 48. 0 MPa and strain of1 029%,respectively.
