摘要 在亚毫米波电子系统中,广泛采用悬置基片微带线作为传输线,而亚毫米波测试系统和其它亚毫米波系统却大量使用标准矩形波导作为其输入端的射频接口。设计了一种从悬置微带线到矩形波导的过渡,在频率172GHz^190GHz范围内,回波损耗≥20dB,带内插损≤0.1dB。 In sub-millimeter wave electronic system,suspended-substrate microstrip line is used widely as transmission line.The standard rectangular waveguide is used as the radio frequency(RF)interface of its input terminal in sub-millimeter wave test system and other sub-millimeter wave systems.This paper designs a transition from suspended microstrip line to rectangular waveguide.In the frequency band 172-190 GHz,the echo loss is equal or greater than 20 dB,and the band insertion loss is less than or equal to 0.1 dB.
