摘要
以蓝光光驱读写原理和光盘存储技术为基础,通过提取、采集标准蓝光光驱内部光学头的光强信号,在Windows环境下研发了基于标准蓝光光盘/光驱的成像检测系统。通过测试打印高通量阵列蓝光光盘(BD),验证了该系统的可行性、分辨率(至少可以达到100μm)以及检测通量(至少可以实现1 728个待测样品同时检测),同时利用所研发的成像系统实现了在BD表面基于免疫优化反应的定量检测。
This thesis is based on the reading and writing principle of blu-ray driver and disc storage technology,through extracting and collecting the light intensity signal of optical head in the standard blu-ray driver,researches and develops the imaging detection system based on standard blu-ray disc/driver in the Windows environment,through testing the printed high throughout array on bluray disc(BD),validates the feasibility,resolution(the spatial resolution of imaging system can reach at least 100μm)and detection throughout(at least 1 728 samples can be tested simultaneously)of the system,at the same time realizes the quantitative test of AFB1 immunity optimization reaction on the surface of BD disc by using the developed imaging system.
