瓜蒌皮不同配比复方制剂对小鼠止咳化痰的影响

Antitussive and expectorant effects of different pericarpium trichosanthis compound formulas on mice

目的探讨瓜蒌皮不同配比复方制剂对小鼠止咳化痰的作用效果,为改良古药方提供依据。方法将100只小鼠随机分为5组(n=20),设为空白对照组、古药方组、瓜蒌皮低剂量复方组、瓜蒌皮高剂量复方组、瓜蒌皮超高剂量复方组,每组各取10只分别做引咳实验及酚红排泌实验。空白对照组用生理盐水灌胃,其余4组分别用对应复方制剂药液灌胃,均每天1次,连续灌胃5天,然后用氨水喷雾诱咳法观察瓜蒌皮复方制剂对小鼠止咳作用,用气管酚红排泌法观察其对小鼠化痰作用。结果瓜蒌皮低、高、超高剂量复方组均能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数。其中瓜蒌皮高、超高剂量复方组较古药方组止咳效果更为明显(P<0.05)。瓜蒌皮低、高、超高剂量复方组均有促进气管排泌酚红的作用,其中瓜蒌皮高、超高剂量复方组较古药方组效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论在一定程度上增加古药方中瓜蒌皮的剂量可提高其对小鼠的止咳化痰作用。

Objective To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effect of different formula of pericarpium trichosanthis on mice,so as to provide basis for improving ancient prescriptions. Methods 100 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups（ n = 20） ： blank control group,the ancient prescription group,low-dose pericarpium trichosanthis compound group,high-dose compound group,ultra-high dose compound group.Ten mice from each group were taken to conduct cough induction experiment and phenol red secretion experiment respectively.Normal saline was used in the blank control group while the other four groups were treated by gavage with the corresponding compound,once a day,for 5 consecutive days.Then the antitussive effect of compound of pericarpium trichosanthis on mice was observed by ammonia spray,and its expectorant effect on mice was observed by endotracheal phenol red secretion method. Results The three groups of low,high and ultra-high dose compound can prolong the latent period of cough and reduce the frequency of cough.The antitussive effects of high and ultra-high dose compound group were more obvious than that of the ancient prescription group（ P〈0.05）.The three groups of low,high and ultra-high dose compound had the effect of promoting the excretion of phenol red,while the groups of high and ultra-high dose compound were more effective than the ancient prescription group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion To increase the dosage of pericarpium trichosanthis to a certain extent in ancient prescription can improve its antitussive and expectorant effect.
