当代科技创新与商业模式变革——以移动支付为例

Technological Innovation and Business Model Transitions on Contemporary: A Case Study on Mobile Payment

以信息技术为中心的当代科技创新极大地促进了生产方式和生产关系的变革,催生了诸多新业态、新模式。移动支付技术创新更是直接改变了企业的生产方式与交易方式,进而重塑了企业商业模式。文章以移动支付技术创新为例,探究科技创新对商业模式变革的影响。研究结果表明:当代科技创新有力地促进了商业模式变革,但探索式创新和利用式创新对商业模式变革维度的作用具有差异性。因此,企业应加大科技创新力度,提升商业模式变革能力,促进科技创新与商业模式变革的协同发展。

Contemporary technology innovation centered on information technology has greatly promoted the transformation of production mode and production relations. It gives rise to a number of new formats and new models. Especially,the innovation of mobile payment has directly changed the mode of production and transaction,and thus reshaped the business mode of enterprises. This paper takes mobile payment technology innovation as an example to explore the impact of technological innovation on business mode transitions. The results show that the innovation of mobile payment technology has effectively promoted the transitions of business model. However,exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation have different effects on the dimension of business model transitions. Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the technological innovation,improve the ability of business mode transformations,and promote the coordinated development of technological innovation and business mode transformations.
