微重力环境人体健康效应研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 微重力环境是影响航天员航天飞行时身体健康的重要因素。已有研究表明航天员处于微重力环境下身体功能会发生变化,甚至出现生理不适或病征。这些变化或病征的分子机制一直备受航天医学界的关注。该文以人体九大生理系统为主线,从生理病征和分子机制两个方面系统总结了微重力环境对人体各系统的影响,展望了未来微重力环境健康效应的研究方向。 Space microgravity environment is an important physical environment factor that affects the health of astronauts during space flight. Previous studies of microgravity bio-effects on astronaut health have shown that microgravity exposure can lead to many changes in body functions and may cause physiological discomfort or illness. Based on the nine physiological systems of the human body,this paper reviews the effects of space and the simulated microgravity environment on human health in terms of disease pathology and molecular mechanism influences,and future developments of research on microgravity environmental health effect are also predicted.
