中国海油一体化企业智慧管理平台建设 被引量:13

Construction of integrated smart enterprise management platform in CNOOC

摘要 随着物联网、云计算、大数据等新技术的发展,为了满足国家推进信息化和工业化高层次、深度结合的迫切需求,企业智慧平台成为企业转型升级的关键要素。以中海石油气电集团有限责任公司信息管理平台开发为例,按照厚平台、易应用的建设原则,提出了三维空间交互的企业智慧平台的架构。基于管道数据融合、三维应急决策支持技术,开发了生产数据采集、智慧视频监控、安全生产运营管理与移动应用、节能管理智能化等智能系统;基于物联网、云计算、大数据及移动应用技术,开发了厂/场级无线网络系统、总部级节能减排系统,建设了数据中心,集成了云架构监控支持平台。该平台具有科学性、先进性、智能化的显著特点,通过工程实践表明:企业智慧平台可全面推动企业生产方式和管控模式的改变,进而提高企业安全环保、节能减排及绿色低碳水平,以及企业的生产效益。 With the development of new technologies, e.g. Internet of Things(IOT), cloud computing and big data, China has been promoting the in-depth advanced integration between informationization and industrialization. To satisfy the urgent need, the key factors to enterprise transformation and upgrading is the smart enterprise platform. In this paper, the development of information management platform of CNOOC Gas Power Group was described. First, the architecture of smart enterprise platform which is interactive in 3 D space was proposed according to the construction principle of heavy platform and convenient application. Second, several intelligent systems were developed by using the pipeline data fusion and the 3 D emergency decision-making support technology, including production data acquisition, intelligent video surveillance, safe production/operation management and mobile application, and intelligent energy saving management. Third, based on the technologies of IOT, cloud computing, big data and mobile application, the factory/field WLAN and the enterprise energy-saving and emission-reduction system were developed, the data center was built up and the cloudarchitecture monitoring support platform was integrated. The platform is remarkably scientific, advanced and intelligent. The practical application of smart enterprise platform in CNOOC Gas Power Group shows that it can promote the reformation of production and management modes overall, increase the level of safety environmental protection, energy saving emission reduction and green low-carbon, and improve labor efficiency and production benefit.
