Simulation experiment on the corrosion of L245 pipeline steel in hydrogen sulfide environment

摘要 为了掌握油气管道在湿硫化氢环境中的材质适应性,通过硫化氢腐蚀模拟试验研究了L245管线钢在高含硫化氢环境下的氢损伤行为。试验研究表明:在高含硫化氢环境中,L245材料的均匀腐蚀速率并不高,最大腐蚀速率不超过0.045 mm/a,主要失效形式是氢鼓泡和应力腐蚀开裂(Stress Corrosion Cracking,SCC),当硫化氢的质量浓度超过8 000 mg/L时,应加强对设备设施的检测,或提高设备的材料等级,提前采取防护措施。 In this paper, the hydrogen damage behavior of L245 pipeline steel in the environment of high H_2S content was studied by means of H_2S corrosion simulation experiment in order to understand material adaptability of oil/gas pipelines in wet H_2S environment. It is shown that the uniform corrosion rate of L245 pipeline steel is relatively low in high H_2S environments and the maximum corrosion rate is no more than 0.045 mm/a. The failure is mainly in the form of hydrogen blister(HB) and sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SCC). And it is necessary to strengthen equipment detection or improve the material grade and take the protective measures in advance especially when H_2S mass concentration is over 8000 mg/L.
