摘要
文化治理是现代大学内部治理的目标追求,培育具有教育性、学术性、自觉性、动态性等特性的现代大学管理文化是文化治理的基础,实现以人为本的管理是大学文化治理的路径,现代大学需要牢固确立以人为本的管理理念、强化学科治理、营造民主自由的学术环境、坚守文化自觉。
It is sure thatcultural governance is the goal of modern universities internal governance,which is involved in the cultivation of modern university management culture with educational,academic,self-consciousness and dynamic characteristics.Surely,it is the basis of cultural governance.On the other hand,there is no doubt that the realization of people-oriented management is the main path of cultural governance.Similarly,modern universities need to firmly establish a people-oriented management concept,strengthen discipline governance,create democratically free academic environment,and stick to cultural consciousness.
