非学前教育专业毕业生提升幼教从教能力探析——以国家教师资格统考为背景

摘要 随着我国学前教育事业的迅速发展,大量非学前教育专业毕业生参加国家教师资格统一考试获得教师资格,从而进入幼儿园从事教育工作。据此,非学前教育专业幼教工作者基本的专业技能应从跳舞、唱歌、绘画、手工、钢琴、三笔字、普通话等方面着力提升。 With the rapid development of preschool education in our country,A large number of non professional preschool education graduates have participated in the national teachers' qualification examination in order to obtain teachers' qualifications.After that,they could enter into kindergarten and engage in education.There is no doubt that they should actively adapt to preschool education and possess the basic skills such as dancing,singing,painting,making crafts,playing piano,and write three words.On the other hand,they should speak fluent mandarin.
