中小投资者终身教育的保障体系研究

Research on the Guarantee System of Small Investors' Lifetime Education

我国构建起中小投资者终身教育体系有利于中小投资者防范风险,有利于促进证券市场和终身学习型社会的发展。目前该体系缺乏相关的法律制度和教育质量评价、监督与保证制度,没有建立起完整的组织结构和成熟的师资队伍等。我国持续强化中小投资者终身教育需要有一整套的保障体系,包括完善法律制度,构建起多层次的组织结构,建设好一支专业齐全的师资队伍并加强建设教育质量的评价、监督与保证体系,在终身学习型社会的大环境下通过网络、电视台、证券从业机构等多渠道地进行持续性宣传。

It is well-known that small investor lifetime education system is good for small investors to guard against risks,and good for the development of the securities market and lifetime learning society.There is no doubt that the system is lack of relevant legal system,the education quality evaluation,supervision and guarantee system.Also,it seems to need a complete organizational structure and mature teachers team.Small investor lifelong education in China needs to have a complete set of security system.It includes perfecting legal system,the multi-level structure,a complete professional teacher team.On the other hand,it is essential to enhance education quality evaluation,supervision and guarantee system.Under the circumstances of lifetime learning society,the education needs to promote continuously publicity through the Internet,television,and investment institutions.
