消化系统恶性肿瘤中环状RNA研究进展的系统综述 被引量:2

摘要 目的系统归纳和总结消化系统恶性肿瘤方面的环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)的研究现状。方法全面检索Pub Med、Web of Science、Em Base和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中肿瘤方面circRNA的文章,截止时间为2017年4月15日,按纳入排除标准筛选合格的文献。对在消化系统恶性肿瘤中异常表达的circRNA进行汇总整理。结果共纳入文献22篇,其中食管癌2篇,胃癌6篇,结直肠癌8篇,肝癌5篇,胰腺癌1篇。共涉及2 340对肿瘤组织和癌旁组织,验证13个上调的circRNA,19个下调的circRNA,其中circ_0001649、cir-ITCH和ciRS-7有多项研究共同验证,ciRS-7的研究结果不一致。结论 circRNA在多种恶性肿瘤中表达失调,组织中的circRNA不适合作诊断分子标志物,目前对circRNA的理解仍然不足,还需要开展更广泛的高水平研究。 Objective To comprehensively summarize and review the research progress on digestive system malignancies-related circular RNAs( circRNAs). Methods The databases Pub Med,Web of Science,Em Base and CNKI from inception to April 15 th2017 were searched for articles related with tumor and circRNAs. Qualified articles were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Differentially expressed circRNAs in digestive system malignancies were summarized. Results Twenty-two articles met the criteria and were selected for further analysis,including 2 esophageal cancer studies,6 gastric cancer studies,8 colorectal cancer studies,5 liver cancer studies and 1 pancreatic cancer study. A total of 2 340 pairs of tumor tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues were involved. In these researches,13 up-regulated cirRNAs and 19 down-regulated circRNAs were validated. Among them,circ_0001649,cir-ITCH and ciRS-7 were reported in multiple studies,whereas the results on ciRS-7 were inconsistent. Conclusion Abnormal expression of circRNAs are detected in various malignancies. However,tissue circRNA is not yet a proper biomarker for diagnosis. The current understandings are still limited and further research is warranted.
