摘要
为了确定长距离输送浆体管道的最大敷设角度,根据浆体中固体颗粒的固有特性和浆体的流变特性,研究了不同密度和粒度的浆体中固体颗粒的休止角,及其在同一浓度下的安息角和滑移角,并将研究结果与大型环管试验测得的最大敷设角度进行比较。结果表明:休止角、安息角和滑移角与长距离输送浆体管道的最大敷设角度存在一定的关系;采用浆体的滑移角作为长距离输送浆体管道的敷设角度具有合理性,既能保证长距离输送浆体管道的输送能力,又能保证长距离输送浆体管道正常、安全、可靠、平稳的运行;在长距离输送浆体管道停机再启动时,也不会发生浆体堵塞管道的事故。
Slurry of solid particles with different densities and different sizes of the angle of repose angle and slip angle are studied,according to the inherent characteristics and rheological properties of slurry solid particles of coal. The research results of the maximum angle of large diameter pipe laying test are compared. Results show that there is a relationship between the maximum laying angle of repose angle and sliding angle during long distance pipeline transportation of slurry. Slurry transported by slip angle as the long distance transportation of slurry pipeline is reasonable,which can ensure the transmission capacity of long distance transportation of slurry pipeline,and can guarantee the long distance transportation of slurry pipeline,normal safe,reliable and stable operation in long distance. When the slurry pipeline is stopped and restarted,the slurry blockage pipeline accident will be avoided.
