摘要
设计了供水产销率控制的策略模型,建立了水量平衡与业务数据的关联体系,进而进行控制策略开展的效益和成本分析,以指导策略行动的方案制定,协助供水企业优化资源投入,获取更大的经济效益产出。
The strategy model of non-revenue water rate control was designed. A relationship system of water balance and business data was established,and then the benefit and cost analysis of the control strategy were carried out,to guide the formulation of strategy action plan,assist the water supply enterprises,to optimize the resource input,as well as obtain greater economic benefit output.
