退翳明目汤应用于初发翼状胬肉术后患者的效果及对泪膜稳定性与复发率的影响分析

Analysis on the effect of Tuiyi Mingmu Decoction on the postoperative patients with Primary Pterygium and its impact on the stability of tear film and recurrence rate

目的分析初发翼状胬肉术后患者应用于退翳明目汤治疗后的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将我院例初103发翼状胬肉术后患者分组,对照组51例应用典必殊滴眼液治疗,观察组52例给予退翳明目汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、泪膜稳定性及术后复发率。结果观察组水肿消退、角膜创面上皮修复时间及干眼症状计分均低于对照组,Schirmer BUT水平均高于对照组,复发率0%低于对照组13.89 P<0.05)-Ⅰ及%(。结论退翳明目汤能够有效提升初发翼状胬肉术后患者泪液分泌量,提升泪膜稳定性,消除干眼症状,促进创面上皮修复,降低复发率。

Objetive To analyze the effect of Tuiyi Mingmu Decoction on postoperative patients with primary pterygium after surgical treatment. Methods A total of 103 patients undergoing pterygium surgery in our hospital were divided into groups by random number table method. 51 patients in the control group were treated with Diphenoxylate eye drops, and 52 patients in the observation group were treated with Tuiyi Mingmu Decoction. Clinical efficacy, tear film stability, and postoperative recurrence rate after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The edema resolution, corneal epithelial wound healing time, and dry eye symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The Schirmer-I and BUT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group（0%） was lower than that in the control group（13.89%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tuiyi Mingmu Decoction can effectively increase the tear secretion of patients with primary pterygium after surgery, improve the stability of tear film, eliminate dry eye symptoms, promote the repair of wound epithelium, and reduce the recurrence rate.
