摘要 目的比较双眼行超声乳化白内障吸除联合植入Re STOR与AT多焦点人工晶状体Acry Sof LISA tri 839MP()术后的视觉质量。方法前瞻性非随机对照研究。收集双眼年龄相关性白内障24例(48眼),行超声乳化术,例(M10L 12 24眼)植入Re STOR为对照组,12例(24眼)植入AT LISA tri 839MP为实验组,术后月测量其裸眼远、中及近视力,最佳Acrysof 3矫正远、中及近视力,离焦曲线,并通过问卷调查的方式评价患者术后脱镜情况及患者对全程视力的满意度。结果植入AT LISA tri 839MP Acrysof患者的中距离视力高于植入Re STOR(P<0.05),而远、近视力差异无统计学意义(P>0 05).。离焦曲线显示两组第一峰位均在附加处;第二峰位对照组位于附加-3.0D,实验组位于-1.5D至-3.之间,此段呈现平台0D 0D期。两组患者在各空间频率的对比敏感度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>.。在调查问卷中,实验组的脱镜率及中距离0 05)视力满意度高于对照组(P<0.05。结论两种人工晶状体植入术后均可获得良好的远近视力,人工晶状)AT LISA tri 839MP体能够获得更好的中距离视力及较高的患者满意度,具有更为理想的全程视力。 Objetive To compare the visual quality after phacoemulsification combined with Acry Sof ReSTOR and AT LISA tri 839 MP multifocal intraocular lens implantation. Methods This is a prospective non-randomized controlled study. 24 patients with bilateral cataract were collected and observed by prospective nonrandom method. Of the 24 patients, 12 cases in the control group were implanted bilaterally with Acry Sof IQ ReSTOR IOL, and 12 cases in the test group which were implanted bilaterally with AT LISA tri 839 MP IOL. The follow-up period was 3 months. Overall visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, defocus testing, patient-reported outcomes were assessed. Results Binocular intermediate visual acuity was statistically significantly better in the AT LISA tri 839 MP group than that in the Acry Sof IQ ReSTOR group(P〈0.05); there was no difference in binocular near or distance visual acuity(P〉0.05). The focal depth shows that the first peak position of the two groups is at 0 D,the second peak position of control group is located at-3.0 D and the test group is located between-1.5 D and-3.0 D. There were no statistically significant differences in contrast sensitivity between the 2 groups(P〈0.05). In the questionnaire, the rate of the test group in satisfaction of mid-distance was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Both intraocular lens(IOL) can obtain good near and far visual acuity. The AT LISA tri 839 MP IOL can obtain better intermediate visual acuity and higher patient satisfaction, and has better full-time visual acuity.
