摘要
胰腺癌发病率呈升高态势,手术切除率低、化放疗敏感性差,是预后最差的消化道恶性肿瘤。纳米药物为胰腺癌的治疗提供了新的选择,其增效减毒的抗肿瘤作用大大提高了传统化疗药物的疗效,而针对胰腺肿瘤微环境设计的具有靶向功能的纳米药物可有效克服胰腺癌的间质屏障,实现更为精准的治疗。本文结合文献,综述纳米药物在胰腺癌治疗方面应用的现状与进展。
Pancreatic cancer is a common digestive tract malignancy with the worst prognosis, whose incidence is rising and surgical resection rate remains very low. Moreover, the sensitivity of chemotherapy or radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer is low. Rapid development of nanomedicine has paved new path for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The antitumor effects of nanomedicine have greatly enhanced the efficacy of traditional chemotherapy agents. Furthermore, nanomedicine targeting tumor microenvironment could effectively overcome the interstitial barrier of pancreatic cancer and achieve more precise treatment. This review focuses on the researches of nanomedicine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
