摘要
目的检测慢传输型便秘(STC)患者的粪便菌群改变,探讨STC患者肠道菌群改变同疾病的关系。方法使用Illumina高通量测序法对14例STC患者、18例正常组粪便菌群进行16SrDNAV4区进行分析测序检测。结果STC组同对照组在粪便菌群多样性上差异无统计学意义。在STC组及对照组粪便菌群中,拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门的丰度最高,拟杆菌门占相对丰度的50.84%和48.22%,厚壁菌门占相对丰度的35.68%和37.63%。同对照组比较,STC组梭杆菌门相对丰度显著降低(P=0.009),而放线菌门显著升高(P=0.020),在对照组中未检出的广古菌门在STC组检出。菌门以下水平,放线菌门中双歧杆菌属在STC组相对丰度显著提高(P=0.025);厚壁菌门中梭杆菌科在STC组相对丰度显著减少(P=0.005)。结论STC组与对照组粪便菌群多样性上具有一致性但菌群物种丰度存在差异。
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between intestinal microbiota and the pathology of slow transit constipation (STC) through an exploratory research of the intestinal micro-ecology transformation in STC patients.MethodsThe illumina high throughput sequencing method was applied to detect the 16SrDNAV4 in the fecal bacteria. The difference in composition and diversity of the intestinal micro-ecological flora between control group and STC group was analyzed.ResultsNo significant differences on the diversity of the fecal bacteria were discovered. The result indicated that Bacteroidete and firmicutes were the most abundant phylum in control group and STC group, Bacteroidete took 50.84% and 48.22% respected, firmicutes account for 35.68% and 37.63%. Compared to control group, fusobacteria in STC group were significantly lower (P=0.009) and actinobacteria (P=0.020) were significantly higher. Euryarchaeota only could be found in STC group. At the level of genus, the number of the bifidobacterium, coprococcus, escherichia, phascolarctobacterium and ruminococcus in STC group were significant more than the control group.ConclusionThe diversity of the fecal bacteria in STC group and control group showed consistency without significant difference, but there was significant difference in the species abundance.
