摘要
小泛素相关修饰蛋白(SUMOs)是近年来新发现的一类重要的蛋白质翻译后修饰蛋白,类泛素化修饰(Sumoylation)在人体多种生物学活动过程中发挥重要作用。周围神经损伤临床常见,损伤后修复再生是一个相当复杂的过程,本文拟对SUMO化修饰在周围神经损伤再生过程中作用的最新研究作一综述。
Small ubiquitin-related modifiers (SUMOs) are discovered in recent years as a kind of important protein involved in the post-translational protein modification, and sumoylation plays an important role in a variety of biological processes in the human body. Peripheral nerve injuries are common in clinic, and the regeneration after injury is a rather complicated process. This article will review the latest research on the role of SUMO modification in the regeneration of peripheral nerve injury.
