摘要
CD8^+调节性T细胞(CD8^+Treg)是机体内的一类重要负向免疫调节细胞,在机体免疫调节、维持免疫稳态中具有重要的作用。在肿瘤患者体内CD8^+Treg细胞可以协同肿瘤微环境中的其他细胞共同形成免疫赦免区,阻止效应细胞对肿瘤的杀伤作用。目前研究表明CD8^+Treg细胞存在多种诱导途径,且尚未发现CD8^+Treg特征性免疫表型,这些问题阻碍了对此类细胞的进一步研究。因此,本文旨在阐明目前对CD8^+Treg的起源及其功能的研究,为进一步的免疫治疗提供新的思路。
CD8^+ regulatory T cell (CD8^+ Treg) is one of the most important immunosuppressive cells, which plays a vital role in maintaining immunity homeostasis. It contributes to the localized immune privilege in tumor microenvironment together with other immunosuppressive cells, and this hinders effective T cells to kill cancer cells. It has been proved that there are many ways to induce CD8^+ Treg and no significant immunophenotype has been found. Thus this article is aimed at illustrating the origin and function of CD8^+ Treg, and providing a new target in immunotherapy.
