CD8^＋调节性T细胞（CD8^＋Treg）是机体内的一类重要负向免疫调节细胞，在机体免疫调节、维持免疫稳态中具有重要的作用。在肿瘤患者体内CD8^＋Treg细胞可以协同肿瘤微环境中的其他细胞共同形成免疫赦免区，阻止效应细胞对肿瘤的杀伤作用。目前研究表明CD8^＋Treg细胞存在多种诱导途径，且尚未发现CD8^＋Treg特征性免疫表型，这些问题阻碍了对此类细胞的进一步研究。因此，本文旨在阐明目前对CD8^＋Treg的起源及其功能的研究，为进一步的免疫治疗提供新的思路。

CD8^＋ regulatory T cell （CD8^＋ Treg） is one of the most important immunosuppressive cells, which plays a vital role in maintaining immunity homeostasis. It contributes to the localized immune privilege in tumor microenvironment together with other immunosuppressive cells, and this hinders effective T cells to kill cancer cells. It has been proved that there are many ways to induce CD8^＋ Treg and no significant immunophenotype has been found. Thus this article is aimed at illustrating the origin and function of CD8^＋ Treg, and providing a new target in immunotherapy.
