摘要
在效益评价指标体系构建原则指引下,按照＂获取备择指标确定区域通用指标,增加区域特色指标组建评价指标集＂的思路确定农业生态补偿效益评价指标集;然后根据ISM的基本原理对指标集中的这些因素指标进行结构化处理,从而构建农业生态补偿效益评价系统的解释结构模型;在此基础上,文章利用AHP法对地处苏北地区的宿迁农业生态补偿生态效益情况进行了分析评价。
Under the guidance of benefits evaluation index system principles, this paper forms an agricultural ecological compensation benefit evaluation index set in accordance with the route of ＂getting alternative measures to determine the regional general index, and increasing the evaluation index system of regional characteristic indicators to establish evaluation index set＂, and then structures these factors in the index set according to the basic principle of ISM so as to establish the explanation structure model of the agricultural ecological compensation efficiency evaluation system, on the basis of which the paper utilizes AHP method to make an analysis evaluation on the ecological efficiency of Suqian＇ s agricultural ecological compensation in the area of northern Jiangsu Province.
