摘要 随着国家电网公司IMS行政交换网技术演进、网络结构调整进度的加快,以高效、快捷、平稳的实现电路程控交换网向IMS行政交换网演进为目的,提出了基于IMS新技术的互联互通业务割接方案,该方案针对不同场景下的业务割接和互联互通给出了具体的技术指导,以减少在业务割接和互联互通调试过程业务中断,保证在割接过程中业务平稳的过渡,极大程度地降低了割接过程中对业务的影响,快捷、平稳的完成多个系统间联调,采用该方案顺利完成数个网省公司IMS业务割接,为后期的IMS系统互联互通联调及业务割接积累了技术经验。 Along with the progress of technology evolution and network structure adjustment of SGCC IMS administrative exchange network, to realize the efficient, fast and smooth evolution of circuit switching network to IMS administrative switching network, this paper puts forward an interconnected service cutting scheme based on the new IMS technology. This scheme gives specific technical guidance to the service cutting and interoperability under different scenes, to reduce business interruption in the process of service cutting and interconnection debugging, to ensure the smooth transition in the cutting process, which greatly reduces the influence on the business in the cutting process, completes the connection between the multiple systems quickly and smoothly. The scheme successfully completes IMS service cutting in several network companies, which accumulates technical experience for the later IMS system interconnection and interworking and service cutting.
