摘要
在大规模建设低压集抄通信系统过程中,由于台区环境特点和技术发展阶段的不同,需要选择不同的本地通信技术。以往因为缺乏科学综合的评价方法,往往在建设过程中无法基于台区特点因地制宜地选择最合适的本地通信技术。文章基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP),设计了一套符合低压集抄应用场景的本地通信技术综合评价方法;采用实验室测试数据、现场实测数据以及专家评价打分,利用该方法进行了南方电网典型台区类型—城中村台区的综合评价。结果证明该评价方法具备可操作性,实际评测效果良好。因此FAHP方法可以科学评价不同类型台区下本地通信技术的适应程度,从而为建设本地通信系统提供决策依据。
In the process of large-scale construction of low voltage meter reading communication system, different local communication technologies need to be chosen according to the different environmental characteristics and the stage of technology development. In the past, because of the lack of scientific and comprehensive evaluation methods, it is often impossible to choose the most suitable local communication technology based on the characteristics of the region in the construction process. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), a comprehensive evaluation method of local communication technology is designed in this paper. By using the laboratory test data, the field measured data and the expert evaluation, this method is used to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the village in the cities which is typical region in the southern China. The results show that the method is operable and the evaluation result is good. Therefore, the FAHP method can scientifically evaluate the adaptability of local communication technology in different types of regions, thus providing a basis for the decision-making of local communication system construction.
