摘要 起重机使用中的安全人们倍加关注,起重机安装安全监控管理系统是预防事故重要手段之一。而铁路车站的门式起重机,虽然起重量一般在60吨以下,但其技术条件参差不齐、作业工况复杂、安全控制难度较大,因此需要研发其适用的安全监控管理系统。文章针对铁路门式起重机的技术条件和作业工况,运用实时数据采集、字幕叠加、多级联网等关键技术,研制铁路门式起重机安全监控管理系统,实现对起重机作业过程、设备运行动态及生产统计指标进行实时动态监控管理,管理人员可通过视频终端设备实时监控、查询起重机作业及运行状态,达到对起重机安全状况进行监督、管理目的。 Safety in the use of cranes is a concern, the safety monitoring and management system of crane installation is one of the important means to prevent accidents. The weight of gantry crane at the railway station is generally below 60 tons,but its technical conditions are uneven, operating mode is complicated and safety control is stronger, so we need to develop applicable safety monitoring and management system. In this paper, I use the key techniques such as real-time data acquisition, subtitles overlay, multi-stage network and so on to develop the railway safety monitoring and management system of gantry crane in terms of the technical condition of railway gantry crane and operating mode. It can monitor and manage the crane safety operation process, equipment operation dynamics and production statistical indicators dynamically. The administrator can monitor and inquiry the operation and running status of the crane through the video terminal equipment to control and manage the crane remotely.
