摘要 互联网经济时代,消费者需求变幻莫测,产品更新换代速度加快,为了更好地满足消费者需求,稳固市场地位,制造企业以消费需求为导向,不断开发新产品,疲于应付市场变化,过于关注市场需求的满足,而忽视了供应链成本的上升。根据精益管理思想,制造企业不仅需要快速响应市场需求,而且更需要严格控制运营成本,优化库存结构,防范资金风险,才能在供应链竞争的大环境中立于不败之地。文章正是基于精益管理理论的精髓,对我国制造企业供应链管理的现状进行分析,并对供应链重组的必要性和选择类型做了一定探讨。 In the era of the Internet economy, the consumer demand change unpredictably, product upgrading speed. In order to meet consumer demand and get a strong market position, the manufacturing enterprises to consumer demand, and constantly develop new products, struggling to cope with the market changes, too much attention to market demand, while ignoring the rising cost of the supply chain. According to lean management, manufacturing enterprises not only need to respond quickly to market demand, but also need to strictly control operation cost, optimize inventory structure and prevent capital risk, so that they can remain invincible in the competitive environment of supply chain. Based on the essence of lean management theory, this article analyzes the current situation of supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises in China, and explores the necessity and types of supply chain reorganization.
