物流管理专业的能力导向教学探讨

Investigation on Ability-oriented Teaching of Logistics Management

针对当前我国高校物流管理专业教学实践中存在的问题,尝试提出面向专业能力和提升潜力的教改方向。文章首先分析我国物流管理专业面对的教学和发展变化的方向,把握教学改革基本目标,根据这些特点构建以教学体系改革和教学团队建设为框架的具体措施。基于物流管理专业教学团队建设经验提出层次衔接的物流管理专业课程改革、考核方式和人才队伍建设以及引入竞赛制的教学评估等教改思路。最后对教学团队的结构和教学团队建设的作用进行了总结,探讨了课程体系和教学团队在现代物流管理专业建设中的必要性。

Aiming to solve the teaching problems existing in logistics management of China colleges, we investigate eduction reforms about the improving potentiality and ability-oriented. First, we analyze the developping tendency of logistics management major and the changes necessary in college education, and put emphasis on reforms goals. So, the methods and framework of talent coltivation could be built based on the current curriculum system. In this paper, we conbime the college teaching experience to discuss the thining of multi-level teaching framework containing curriculum system, evaluation method, team construction and competition combination. At last, we summarize the effect and structure of the teaching team, and discuss the necessity of curriculum and teaching team in modern logistics management major of colleges.
